Weatherization Assistance Program

The Weatherization Assistance Program installs, at no cost, energy conservation measures to income qualified households. Measures include but not limited to insulation, air sealing, duct sealing, CFL light bulbs, HWH insulation, pipe installation, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and air ventilation. This program does not install roofs or major repairs.

WRAP (Water Relief)

The WRAP (Water Relief) Program includes but is not limited to the following services: Childcare (which includes before and after school care) for working parents, Work Support for working clients, Tuition Assistance (which includes basic training to advance marketing skills for employment, college, certification and license exams, and textbooks).
